Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, definitely. Our technicians all have different availability, and popular times such as evenings get booked quickly.
Will medical insurance cover my treatment?
We work with a few different insurance companies, but give us a call and we can discuss this further.
Is the clinic suitable for a wheelchair?
We have ramp access and the clinic is all on one level. You’re welcome to call and discuss any requirements you may need.
When do I pay for my treatment?
Treatment is paid for on the day at the end of your session.
How long do appointments last?
For Physiotherapy, Initial appointments are 45 mins and follow ups are 30 mins. We offer 45 or 30 min sports massages, and we offer 60, 45 or 30 min Hot Stone/Swedish Massages.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes. Friends or partners are welcome to sit in while you are being treated. Sometimes they can be shown ways to help at home. We also have a lovely waiting room if they’d prefer to wait there.
Do you have parking?
We have ample free parking outside the clinic – with an overflow to the left.
Do I need to see a GP before Physio treatment?
No. Many conditions can be treated quickly and effectively without bothering your GP. If it is thought necessary to consult your GP, this will be advised by your physio.
